Toby Keith admits that people living in Oklahoma should have storm shelters. But the country star and longtime Moore resident says everyone in the area - even those without shelters - have a safe place to go when a tornado hits.
Keith was away from home when the deadly tornado struck Moore on Monday, and he returned the next day. He says he's already done some repairs on his sister's home, while his sister-in-law and niece's homes were also damaged in the storm.
The singer adds that despite the destruction and loss of life from the massive storm, he - like most Moore residents - intends to rebuild, not leave the area. Keith explains that there's a real community spirit in Moore, and the people who live there simply accept that tornadoes are a part of life.
