(Cleveland)- Cuyahoga County health officials are reporting a quickly rising number of deaths from the flu.

Nine people have died from the H1N1 flu strain this season, including eight in the past three weeks.

Most of the deaths and flu-related hospitalizations are people between ages 45 and 59, bucking the usual trend of children and the elderly falling victim to the illness.

Doctors say it's not too late to get your shot.
