(Cleveland)- Civil rights activists are keeping a close eye on the trial of a Cleveland police officer charged in a deadly shooting.

NAACP members launched a "Court Watch" effort Wednesday during a pretrial hearing for Patrolman Michael Brelo.

The group says they'll be in court for every hearing to make sure there's justice for Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams, who died nearly two years ago in a hail of gunfire after a high-speed, citywide chase.
