(South Russell) -- 50-year-old Timothy Norquest of Bainbridge Township has recently been indicted for felony drunk driving after his seventh DUI charge. South Russell police say he failed a field sobriety and breathalyzer test during an arrest in October, which was captured in this video.
Police say Norquest was seen staggering out of Panini’s Bar & Grill in South Russell October 4th and then got in his car and drove.
Norquest denied driving and said the woman he was with had been driving. He said he didn't have an ID on him, but provided a Social Security number which officers say was fake.
Norquest has had SIX prior DUI convictions, the most recent in 2010.
