The wildfires in California have been absolutely devastating. I can't even imagine how many animals have died as the fires continue to rage through the state.
The death toll could've been much higher if it weren't for the brave efforts from some police officers. Bodycam footage shows a group of officers trying to save animals from an SPCA as the fires approach. It's truly amazing to see. My hat is off to these heroes.
