Both the date and the lineup for the annual Farm Aid Music and Food Festival has just been announced. This year's fest will take place on September 21st at Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy, Wisconsin, with the organization's board members. Luke Combs will be joining the likes of Willie Nelson & Family, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, and Dave Mathews & Tim Reynolds to headline the festival.
Other artists on the bill for the Farm Aid Music and Food Festival include Bonnie Raitt, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Margo Price, Jamey Johnson, Tanya Tucker, Brothers Osborne, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Yola, and Particle Kid.
“With devastating weather, low prices and harmful farm and trade policies, America’s family farmers are facing immense challenges to hold onto their farms,” Willie shares. “It’s not right… family farmers are essential for all of us…At Farm Aid 2019, we’ll highlight solutions and show our support for family farmers’ contributions to our health, economy and environment.”
