The Zac Brown Band has once again broken the sell-out record at legendary Fenway Park in Boston with two sold-out shows over Labor Day Weekend. The group has now sold out the near 40,000 seat stadium 11 times, toppling the previous record of 9 sell-outs, which was also held by Zac Brown Band.
The band's back-to-back shows also helped solidify the band's record for most tickets sold by a single act at the home of MLB's Boston Red Sox.
Last weekend's shows were part of the band's ongoing Owl Tour in support of their upcoming album, The Owl, on September 20th via BMG. The band's sixth studio album inspired by the lore surrounding the great horned owl, which can see perfectly in the night time, making it a reliable guide, even during the dark. The Owl is set to explore a deeper side of Zac Brown Band as they pull from this inspiration to create their most personal album to date.
Zac Brown Band, winner of three Grammy Awards, has sold over 30 million singles, 9 million albums, they have achieved 15 No. 1 radio singles and is the second act in history to have topped both Country Airplay and Mainstream Rock Songs charts.
