#GoodNews: Barbershop Owners Find, Return U.S. Olympian’s Stolen Gold Medal

The owners of Noel Barbershop in Anaheim, California, Maria Carrillo and Noe Hernandez found an Olympic gold medal in a bag outside their shop and turned it over to the police.

Anaheim police determined that the medal belonged to Olympic volleyball team member Jordyn Poulter, who won the gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics last year.

The medal was stolen from Poulter’s car and now police are in the process of getting the medal back to her.
