A Boston terrier named Moose was recently rescued after spending 36 hours in a landfill near Lake Orion, Michigan, following an accidental ride in a garbage truck.
The pup, who’s said to have an adventurous streak, jumped into a dumpster at his family's business in Clarkston and was unknowingly picked up by the garbage truck, compacted, and transported to the dump before his family realized he was gone.
Fortunately, the incident was caught on surveillance footage, and there was a tracker on Moose’s collar.
With help from family and friends, he was eventually found uninjured despite the ordeal.
