#GoodNews: Food Trucks Feed Homeless With Free Hot Meals

A group of food truck vendors in Salt Lake City, Utah, celebrated their successful year by serving hot meals to the city's homeless population on "World Kindness Day."

The initiative, led by Ruben Sauyun of Bombdilla Food Truck and Ranea Johnson of Yoshi & Umani Food Truck, involved eight food trucks providing approximately 2-thousand lunches to various local shelters.

Catholic Community Services, which already serves around 2-thousand meals daily, welcomed the added help during the busy holiday season.
