Suddenly, Cologne, Minnesota, has become one of the most patriotic towns in the nation.

Over the last week or so, Meuwissen Lake has become the meeting point for dozens of bald eagles.

Wildlife experts say the eagle invasion could be attributed to a variety of factors, including breeding, nesting, marking their territory, or that it’s a fantastic source of food.

Either way, the eagles are plentiful, and wildlife photography fans are getting loads of great shots of America’s national bird.
