Taylor Swift is here for the Swifties who need it most.

The pop star donated $100,000 to help cover medical expenses for 18-month-old Lilah, who is battling a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer.

The donation came after Lilah’s mom, Katelynn, shared a TikTok video of her daughter calling Taylor her “friend” while watching her on an iPad.

Lilah’s health battle began when she suffered a seizure in February, leading doctors to discover a stage 4 brain tumor.

Although surgery successfully removed the mass, further testing revealed a rare cancer with only 58 U.S. cases last year.

But the charity doesn’t end there.

Swifties recently raised over $2.2-million for sea otter conservation!

How did this happen?

Well, it may have been unintentional.

The pop star wore a vintage Monterey Bay Aquarium T-shirt for a bit in her “The Release Party of a Showgirl” film, and that was enough to inspire her legion of fans.

The aquarium had reissued the 1990s design as part of a fundraiser, and fans quickly threw money at them.

The aquarium has thanked everyone for their support, sharing “Your response was beyond our ‘Wildest Dreams',” in a fun nod to the singer.
